Now Hiring: Group Travel Coordinators (Booking Agents)

Are you an outgoing individual who loves planning group trips and events? We’re looking for passionate people to join our team as Group Travel Coordinators. In this role, you’ll be responsible for organizing all aspects of travel—airfare, hotels, car rentals, theme park and event tickets, and more—for both leisure and corporate clients. Our mission is to provide seamless, anticipatory service that goes above and beyond expectations.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (sales experience is a bonus!)
  
  

• Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
  
  

• Personal travel experience is a strong asset but not essential
  
  

• Customer service or hospitality background is a plus
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and coordinate customized travel itineraries
  
  

• Understand and accommodate each client’s unique travel preferences and needs
  
  

• Stay current with training and certifications to remain eligible to book travel
  
  

• Attend webinars to become a specialist in select destinations and experiences
  
  

• Act as a brand ambassador and team collaborator
  
  

• Provide travel budget options based on client preferences
  
  

• Design promotional materials to support marketing efforts
  
  

• Stay informed on industry updates and travel restrictions
  
  

• Book all elements of travel including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tickets, etc.
  
  

• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients before, during, and after their travel
  
  

• Respond promptly to all inquiries and provide top-tier customer service
  
  

• Effectively manage time across multiple client projects
  
  

• Troubleshoot any booking or travel-related issues
  
  

• Keep client information updated in our travel software
  
  

• Build relationships with travel vendors and tour operators to expand client offerings
  
  

• Join familiarization (FAM) trips when available to deepen destination knowledge
